Acceptance of Order

After placing an order on our website you will receive a payment confirmation and order acknowledgement by email. Most items are despatched within 24 - 48 hours. Each product on our website does give you an indication of delivery times. If any items are unavailable, you will be notified within 24 hours with an estimated date for delivery.

An Order Confirmation will be emailed to you when we are ready to dispatch your order. This will give you a firm delivery date and tracking details of how you can track the status of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to emailing and Order Confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery is FREE to mainland UK, and most orders are delivered to customers within approximately 2 - 3 working days. Our courier will usually deliver your order on the next working day from the date of despatch from our warehouse.

If time is of the essence and you require something delivered next day, please contact us, we will do our best to see if we can help you.

If you order something that unexpectedly becomes out of stock, we will contact you immediately, and advise you when we will be able to deliver.

Returns Policy

You can return any unused item to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or up to 90 days of delivery for an exchange.

Any items you return must be in a saleable condition and unused. Please contact us for a returns reference before sending items back. We strongly advise you to return items using recorded delivery.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at anytime up to 14 days after you order has been delivered. You must return all items in a saleable condition.

You agree that we may cancel your order at anytime prior to dispatch your order.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 7 - 10  days of receiving the returned items. It may take a further 5 - 10 days for the money to be available on your credit card or bank account.

Faulty Items

All items are inspected before delivery to minimise the risk of you receiving a faulty item. If an item is faulty and you received it less than 14 days ago you simply return it to us for a replacement or refund. If a fault develops after 14 days from delivery you must contact us before returning any items.

Shopping Basket

You can view the contents of your shopping basket by clicking the "Shopping basket" link near the top of the page. You can proceed to the checkout and pay for your items by clicking on the "Pay" button on the right hand side of the page.

Payments

We use Paypal Merchant Service to handle payments from our website. As one of the world's leading payment providers they are experts in Internet security and we believe they will do a far better job of protecting your credit card details than we could.

International Orders

We accept orders for delivery outside the UK on request. International orders can only be paid for using PayPal and must be delivered to a confirmed PayPal address.

Prices quoted on our website are for delivery within the UK. Additional delivery charges maybe payable for items delivered overseas. Please contact us for further details.

Prices quoted on our website include VAT (a European sales tax). If you live outside the European Union you do not have to pay VAT and so there would be a reduction in price.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders for delivery overseas.
